About Spirits …

This web log (blog) is simply a place for my tasting notes on spirits I have encountered. My drink of choice is single-malt scotch whiskey but I have plenty of other interests as well. In any case, do know that I am merely an enthusiast and should not be considered an expert. I say that largely as a disclaimer though I really do stand by most of what I write. Enjoy the notes and enjoy the spirits.
